Natural Food Mill Bakery was started in
1988 in Kitchner, ONT by a local nutritionist
who found a need for specialty breads.
Originally we provided fresh specialty breads
including Gluten Free Breads to local merchants.
Our products developed a strong, loyal following.
Two of these loyal consumers, Peter and Marlene
Wetzel visited the small bakery in 1995 looking
for a way to increase the availability of these
extraordinary products. Soon, Peter and Marlene
purchased the bakery and moved it to Barrie,
ONT where it continues to be operated as a
family business.

During the last decade, we have focused on
perfecting our All Natural Gluten Free products
including developing a very unique line of
Yeast Free Rice Breads. Working together
with our customers we have developed
a line of Gluten Free Products like no other.

We proudly stand behind our products. If
you are not satisfied with any of our products
we will gladly replace them. We welcome all of
